After we have penetrated the essence of your lifestyle, and specific needs, only then the magic begins – the creative process – the CONCEPT- a realistic vision shaped around your desires and budget.
It will be presented through mood boards, 2D plans, and photorealistic 3D renderings.
4 / TECHNICAL DESIGN PROJECT
Once the design concept is approved, we proceed to the technical design phase. This stage is where all aspects of the project are meticulously detailed.
The technical project is crucial for the implementation on-site and may include a considerable number of specially created detailed drawings that will minimize surprises during construction, ensuring a smooth execution of the project from start to finish.
This careful detailing helps to bridge the gap between conceptual design and practical on-site realities.
